83% of Ward Village condos sold

In it's first quarter report to shareholders, Howard Hughes Corp. reported a total of 82.8 percent of units either closed or under contract as of April 18. The four towers include Aeo, Anaha, Ke Kilohana & Waiea in Ward Village in Honolulu. A recently announced new condo Aalii hopes to begin sales in the second quarter of this year.
