SamKoo Pacific LLC looking to add second tower on Kapiolani Blvd

The developer of the recently sold out Kapiolani Residence is seeking approvals to construct a second tower at 1391 Kapiolani Boulevard. Timothy Yi company president of SamKoo plans to offer 500 affordable as well as market units in this new project in a 400 ft high-rise tower dubbed The Central.

Working with the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development (HHFDC) once again, Yi expects this new project will attract a huge turnout as experienced with the company's first tower, which received over 1,300 applications for 485 units. The process for selection of buyers will be a public drawing once again.
